- My purchase didn't arrive — what do I do?
- First, make sure you're online and restart the app; StoreKit usually
delivers pending purchases on launch. If it still hasn't landed, email us with
your App Store receipt and we'll put it right.
- How do I restore purchases on a new device?
- Purchases are tied to your Apple ID. Install the game, and pending
entitlements are restored automatically at launch. If something's missing,
contact us.
- How does ranked play work?
- Ranked matches use an ELO rating. Win against stronger players to climb
faster; your rating decides your arena. Surrendering counts as a loss.
- What is "Go to the Scorecards"?
- If a game stalls with no progress, three judges — Pressure, Captures and
Territory — score the bout and decide the winner, boxing-style. Keep making
progress and you'll never see them.
- How do I delete my online data?
- Email us from the device with your in-game display name and we'll delete
your online profile (rating, stats and match history). See the
Privacy Policy for details on what we store.
- The game misbehaved — what should I include in a bug report?
- Your device model, iOS version, what you were doing when it happened, and
a screenshot or screen recording if you have one. That's usually everything we
need.
